Washington: President Joe Biden has called for a reduction in gun violence and a ban on deadly weapons in the United States, condemning racial violence and calling for it to stand up against it.

He was speaking on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the racial attack on a gurdwara in Wisconsin in 2012.
