New Delhi: At least 19 people have lost their lives in the Uttarkashi Avalanche accident in Uttarakhand. Also, many people are still reported missing. At the same time, Cheetah helicopters which were to come to Matli helipad. They have been landed at Harshil helipad due to bad weather. According to the information, 4 bodies have been brought in it. After which 4 bodies have been sent from Harshil through Uttarkashi Road. Which will reach within 1 hour.
Earlier, Uttarakhand DGP Ashok Kumar said that a total of 19 bodies have been recovered so far in the Uttarkashi avalanche. They will be tried to bring the bodies to Matali helipad by advanced helicopter on Friday. He also said that 30 rescue teams are deployed in this work. At the same time, 10 tracker trainees are still missing.

The high altitude war fair school team along with ITBP, SDRF, NIS and NDRF are carrying out rescue work at the site of the incident. Along with this, an advanced helicopter landing ground has been prepared at an altitude of 16000 feet for rescue. The incident took place on Tuesday.
As of Thursday, 29 people were missing.
Around 29 people were reported missing till Thursday evening. These include two trainers and 27 trainees. In the morning, a 14-member team of High Altitude Warfare School in Gulmarg has joined the relief work. This team will help in the joint effort of mountaineers of SDRF, ITBP and NIM. Meanwhile, mountaineering in Uttarkashi has been banned for the next three days. This decision has been taken due to bad weather.
