Washington: The U.S. has once again been rattled by the shooting after 19 children and one teacher were died at a Texas elementary school Tuesday.
The attacker targeted children, killing a total of 21 people, including 18 children, so far, officials confirmed dubbing it a horrendous incident.
Reacting on the development, US President Joe Biden described the incident as a massacre.
President Biden said in his address, “I never wanted to make such an address after becoming President.” He expressed condolences to all the families whose children have died in the incident. In addition, Biden also referred to the attacks in schools in the past few years.
