New Delhi: To stay healthy, doctors and nutritionists always recommend consuming green vegetables and fruits. It is said that green fruits help in controlling cholesterol levels, improving digestion, reducing the risk of heart-related diseases and high blood pressure.

According to a research published by Professor Oswald of the University of Warwick, eating green fruits also increases the immunity of the body.
