Shimla: At least 7 people were killed and 12 sustained serious burn injuries in an explosion at a factory in HP’s Una district.
Firecrackers were being made in the factory, officials said.
DC Raghav Sharma said that the incident reported in Bathu industrial area in the district. The preliminary investigation indicates that the dead and injured are migrant labourers, he added.
Meanwhile, police and rescue personnel rushed to the spot and rescue operation is underway.
