For example, during workouts, avoid sharing a towel with someone. Also, change the towels after use and wash and dry them before use. Staying in your sweat-soaked clothes can also close your pores and cause acne.

In such a situation, by not changing the clothes immediately after the workout, you are promoting it to develop. In addition, you also have to take care that you choose the right clothes for the workout. For example, wear stretchable clothes for yoga and pilates, and loose and comfortable clothes for workouts.
