Aryan Khan case: NCB allowed 60 more days to file charge-sheet in drug case

Mumbai: The Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has been given additional 60 days by the Special Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS) court today to submit chargesheet in the infamous drugs-on-cruise case involving Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan.

Earlier, NCB team had sought extension of 90 more days to file chargesheet from special judge VV Patil seeking in the case.

Aryan was arrested after being interrogated over the cruise rave party in October last year under Sections 8C, 20B, 27 read with 35 of the NDPS Act.
