New Delhi: In a postive sign for the country, which has been grappling with Covid-19 pandemic for past two years, has recorded less than 1,000 fresh cases for the first time in 715 days even as the virus tally rose to 4,30,29,044.
According to the Union Health Ministry data updated today morning, India recorded 913 fresh COVID-19 cases and number of active cases is the lowest in 714 days. Moreover, the active infection count fell below 13,000.
There has been a sustained fall in the weekly and daily Positivity Rates too. Weekly Positivity Rate in the country currently stands at 0.23% and the Daily Positivity rate is also reported to be 0.24%.
