Pakistan PM urges people to hit the streets to protest against new ‘imported government’

Islamabad: Houses before a no-confidence vote ij Parliament, Prime Minister Imran Khan has asked his supporters to hold protests across the country when new imported government comes to power on Sunday.

During his address to nation before no-trust motion on Saturday, Khan (69), who is expectant of his fate, expressed resentment over the Supreme Court’s verdict on the National Assembly Deputy Speaker’s controversial decision on the rejection of no-trust motion against him and said that he will never accept this new imported government.

Khan said that only people of Pakistan can bring him down and he will form the government again with the help of the people.

“My supporters should come out on Sunday evening against new government and hold peaceful protest against them,”Khan said adding that US diplomat threatened regime change in Pakistan.
