Apex court sentenced one year imprisonment to Navjot Sidhu in 34-year-old road rage case

Chandigarh: Former Punjab Congress president Navjot Sidhu has been sentenced to one year by the Supreme Court in a road rage case. The case is about 34 years old. When Navjot Sidhu and his friend got into a fight with someone over parking in Patiala, a 65-year-old man died.

The Supreme Court today pronounced the sentence on a review petition in the ongoing road rage case against them. The case is about 34 years old.

Reacting on the development, Sidhu wrote on his Twitter handle, “Will submit to the majesty of law.”
