Sheryl Sandberg steps down as COO of Facebook parent company Meta

New Delhi:The COO of Facebook’s parent company Meta has resigned. Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg has announced that she is going to step down after 14 years.

This information came out from Facebook itself, although it was not said for what reasons Sheryl was leaving this position. However, through one of her posts, said she has definitely some plans for herself and going to work for the society.

Sheryl had been associated with the company as chief operating officer for the last 14 years. “When I joined the company in 2008, I thought I would be here for the next five years, but 14 years have passed. After which it is time to write a new chapter of life,” she said.
