Pakistan issues 495 visas to Sikh pilgrims to attend death aniversary of Maharaja Ranjit Singh

Amritsar: A group of Sikh pilgrims from India left for Pakistan by international Attari-Wagah border road to commemorate the death anniversary of Sher-e-Punjab Maharaja Ranjit Singh.

Rajinder Kaur Jalandhar, Simran Singh Bhatia and Pirthipal Singh Ludhiana said that they have a 10-day visa and they are going to Pakistan to celebrate the death anniversary of Maharaja Ranjit Singh.

Devotees will visit the birth place of Gurudwara Sri Nankana Sahib, Gurudwara Sri Panja Sahib, Gurudwara Sri Kartarpur Sahib and other Gurdhams. Langars of various delicacies were organised by the SGPC for the devotees on the occasion.
