Man hospitalized in Kerala with suspected Monkeypox symptoms, samples sent for testing

Thiruvananthapuram: The man who returned from abroad in Kerala has been hospitalised after showing suspected symptoms of monkeypox. State Health Minister Veena George said here that the samples of the patient have been collected and sent to the National Institute of Virology for testing.

He said monkeypox can be confirmed only after the results of the investigation are out.
