Ottawa: Canada’s Immigration and Housing Minister Sean Fraser held a meeting with the Ministers of the Department of Housing of the Provincial and Union Territories of the country and discussed the issue of removing the flaws in the Canadian housing system.
He also took necessary suggestions from the ministers for changes in policies. The Union Minister openly discussed with the Departmental Ministers the employment opportunities arising in each state over the years to come and the national and local impacts they will have on the economy of the country.
During the two-day meeting held in the City of Saint-John in Newbronswick, the Union Minister discussed the fingers rising on the housing system.
The ministry during the meeting stressed on eliminating the fraudsters in the express entry programme.
The Minister stressed on the importance of States in the Provincial Demand Programme (PNP).
The minister hinted at a time bound move for those inclined towards other states after taking advantage of regional opportunities to settle down.
According to government sources there are likely to be major changes in the visa policies which will make the path difficult for those who have become PR by taking advantage of the loopholes in the system.
