Bangkok: In a shooting incident at the children’s day-care center in Thailand, at least 31 people have been reported dead.
It is learnt that the former police officer has fired. The attacker is still absconding.
“At least 31 people have been killed, but full details are still coming,” deputy police spokesman Arcon Kretong told media. It is being told that the shooter has escaped from the spot.
