Ottawa: According to a new study by Nanos Research, if elections are held today, the Conservative Party may get more seats than the Liberals.

In the last two federal elections, the Conservatives managed to overtake the Liberals in the popular vote but failed to win most seats.

This enabled Justin Trudeau to form a minority government. In the latest episode of Trend Line, Nick Nanos of Nanos Research said that last time too the Conservatives were running in front but in the end they failed to get many seats.

But this time the Conservatives are likely to win more seats than the Liberals, according to the seat-related speculations. This means that not only can the Conservatives curse the Liberals, but the Conservatives are also very likely to form a government.

However, federal elections are unlikely to be held in the near future and a major role in this is also the agreement between the Liberals and the NDP, due to which this government is expected to run until 2025.

However, according to seat estimates, if elections are held today, the Conservatives could win 108 seats, while the Liberals could get only 106 seats. According to these claims, the NDP can get 41 seats, the Block Quebecois 24 seats and the Greens two seats.
