Former CM Parkash Badal questioned for 3 hours by SIT in the Kotkapura firing case

Chandigarh: The Punjab government is investigating the Kotkapura firing case and the Special Investigation Team (SIT), headed by ADGP LK Yadav, on Wednesday questioned former Punjab chief minister Parkash Singh Badal for nearly three hours.

From about 11 am to 2 pm, Badal was grilled by the SIT at his residence in Chandigarh. According to the information received, a letter was sent to former Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal to join the investigation.

It was asked to determine the place of inquiry keeping in mind their health and age. In response to this, the former Chief Minister had said asked sit to question him in his Chandigarh based residence.
