Washington: United States Vice President Kamala Harris has said that Diwali is a global concept that reflects the harmony between cultures.
She said this during diwali celebrations for various Indian-Americans at her official residence.
The vice president’s official residence was decorated with earthen lamps, while the guests were served a variety of Indian dishes ranging from gol gappas to traditional sweets. Fire crackers were burst on the occasion.
