Indian men’s hockey team lost 4-5 to Australia in Adelaide

Adelaide: Akashdeep Singh’s hat-trick didn’t do much for the Indian men’s hockey team as they lost 4-5 to Australia after conceding a last-minute goal in the first Test of the five-match series.

Akashdeep Singh (10th, 27th and 59th minutes) scored three goals, while captain Harmanpreet Singh (31st minute) converted a penalty corner. Sharp (5th), Nathan (21st), Tom Craig (41st) and Blake Gowers (57th and 60th) scored for Australia.
