Canada invites 5500 applications in latest Express Entry draw

Ottawa: Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) invited 5,500 applicants in its second draw of 2023 all-program Express Entry draw on January 18.

The CRS cut-off score in the latest Express Entry was 490 points. In the previous draw, the CRS score was 507.

Candidates from the Federal Skilled Worker, Canadian Experience Class, Federal Skilled Trades and Provincial Nominee Program were eligible for this round of invitations.

With this draw, the IRCC has already invited 11000 candidates in 2023, which is quickest begin to express entry draw ever.
