Chandigarh: The debate on the bail applications of former chief minister Parkash Singh Badal and Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) president Sukhbir Singh Badal in the Kotkapura firing case continued for nearly two-and-a-half hours.
At the same time, no order has been issued by the Faridkot court, and case has been adjourned till tomorrow.
The court had issued summons to former chief minister Parkash Singh Badal and SAD president Sukhbir Singh Badal among others after the SIT filed a charge sheet in the Faridkot court, following which the Badal family had filed an anticipatory bail application in the faridkot district court on March 9.
