Chandigarh: A Venu Prasad has been appointed Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister. He is a 1991 batch IAS officer.
He has remained the CMD of PSPCL for long and was presently posted as ACS, Excise and taxation.
The development has set in motion the administrative changes to be effected by the newly elected Aam Aadmi Party government in Punjab.
