Mumbai: Actor Akshay Kumar’s mother Aruna Bhatia died after suffering from an illness at Hiranandani hospital in Mumbai on Wednesday morning.
Actor shared this news with his fans on the social media and expressed his grief.
“She was my core. And today I feel an unbearable pain at the very core of my existence. My maa Smt Aruna Bhatia peacefully left this world today morning and got reunited with my dad in the other world. I respect your prayers as I and my family go through this period. Om Shanti,” he wrote.
Following the news, fans expressed grief with the actor and many actors have also visited his residence, said a close aid of the actor.
