Chandigarh: Days after a statue of Mahatma Gandhi was vandalised by unidentified miscreants in Canada, the similar incident occurred in Punjab’s Bathinda, police said on Saturday.
According to the information, the incident took place on the intervening night of Thursday and Friday.
The status was situated in a public park in Ramman Mandi in Bathinda and miscreants took away its face afer vandalising it.
