New Delhi: The first sign of aging is the appearance of wrinkles on the face. We are all aware that wrinkles and fine lines also come late when the food is good and nutrient-rich and the skin is taken care of properly. Though, wrinkles cannot be completely removed from the face, but it could be reduced with home remedies.
These tips boost the production of collagen in the skin and give it anti-aging properties, which helps to increase the tightness on the skin.
Curd
To reduce wrinkles, yogurt can be applied by making a face mask. Yogurt contains lactic acid which removes dead skin cells from the skin. Take 2 teaspoons of yogurt in a bowl and add one teaspoon of honey, a vitamin E tablet and a few drops of lemon juice to it. The anti-oxidants present in lemon are helpful in making the skin tight. Mix all the ingredients and keep it on the face for 15 minutes and then wash it.
Pineapple
Pineapple, rich in anti-aging properties, gives the skin many anti-oxidants that enhance the healing process. Due to vitamin C, it is helpful in boosting collagen. Take pineapple and extract its juice for its use. Apply this juice on the face and neck and massage it for 5 minutes and then wash it.
Rice
In many Korean skin care products, you will see the use of rice flour or rice water. Somewhere rice toner, scrub, face pack etc. are used. To reduce wrinkles, you can apply a face pack of rice flour. For this, mix rose water and milk in rice flour as much as making a paste. Apply this face pack on the face and wash it after 20 minutes. This face pack can be applied once a week.
Coconut oil
Coconut oil works like a natural moisturizer. This oil can be applied on the face every night before sleeping. But, keep in mind that you do not apply coconut oil on oily skin as it can cause loose pores. It can be used on dry or normal skin.
Banana
Apart from food, banana can also be used to apply on the face. Applying a banana with a good amount of vitamin A, B6 and C on the face reduces wrinkles and protects the skin from damage caused by free radicals. Take the banana in a bowl and mash it. Take it in the fingers and apply it on the face and wash the face after keeping it for 15 to 20 minutes. Applying this face mask once a week will have a good effect.
