New Delhi: Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver have officially terminated their marriage, after almost a decade of separation.
A private judge mediated the divorce and also signed off the paperwork earlier in December, however, it was entered into the court system by a sitting judge on Tuesday morning
Their divorce got long-drawn owing to the complicated property settlement agreement.
“I understand and deserve the feelings of anger and disappointment among my friends and family. There are no excuses and I take full responsibility for the hurt I have caused. I have apologized to Maria, my children, and my family. I am truly sorry,” Schwarzenegger said.
