Exercise 1:

First of all, fold with the knuckles while keeping your palms straight.

Now move your thumb to the side and fold the knuckles.

Now move the thumb back and forth. Join the thumb with the palm and remove it.

Now touch the lower part of your little finger with the thumb.

You can remove the pain in the joints of the hands.

 

Exercise 2:

First of all, lie down straight on the back and now raise your hands upwards.

Now count to 5 and hold and slowly bring the hands down.

Doing this exercise will improve the movement of your shoulders.

You do it at least 10 times.

 

Exercise 3:

To do this exercise, first lie down on the back.

Now the legs have to be brought slowly at an angle of 90 degrees and moved backwards.

Do it at least 5 times. You can do this exercise three times a day.

 

Exercise 4:

Now sit up straight for the fourth exercise and move your legs upwards in a straight line.

Count to 5, hold the legs and then relax down.

By doing this exercise 5 times, you will get a lot of relief from joint pain.
