Mumbai: Two of accused out of 20 booked in Mumbai’s drugs-on-cruise case got bail from the special court hearing the case on Tuesday.
Manish Rajgaria and Avin Sahu got bail, however, bail plea of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan is pending before the Bombay High Court. The court adjourned the hearing on it today and case’s hearing will continue on Wednesday.
Manish Rajgaria, accused number 11 in the case, was arrested in possession of 2.4 grams of ganja. He was released with a bond amount of Rs 50,000. Avin Sahu was accused of consuming contraband twice. They were arrested as the cruise ship returned to Mumbai.
Former Attorney General for India Mukul Rohatgi appeared for Aryan Khan in his bail plea before the Bombay high court on Tuesday.
