Canberra: As the Queensland has not recorded any Covid-19 case in past 24-hour, the authorities on Sunday said that it does not need to order a lockdown.
Earlier after detecting five Covid-19 cases, one-day highest rise in infection cases here, the authorities on Saturday predicted a snap lockdown in country’s third most populous state.
Queensland state, with an population of over million people had detected five infections in one day following which authorities indicate that the coming a few hours very critical and they may have to impose a lockdown after considering the situation meticulously, said state Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk.
