New Delhi: Nandan Kumar, a software engineer by profession, recently proudly said that he hacked into IndiGo’s official website because he lost his baggage.

Nandan Kumar took off from Patna to Bengaluru with an Indigo flight.

During the journey, Kumar’s luggage was accidentally picked up by his co-passenger and the software engineer was upset due to the loss of luggage.

After this incident, Software engineer Nandan Kumar shared a story related to getting his luggage back and pointed out flaws in the security of indigo airlines’ website.

Nandan Kumar tweeted, “I travelled from Patna to Bengaluru by indigo 6E-185 flight yesterday. During this time my bag was replaced with another passenger. To be honest, it’s the fault of both of us. Because our bags were exactly the same but airline did not help to locate the bag and opened the developer console on the @IndiGo6E website and started the whole check in flow with network log record on.”
