Chandigarh: Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi today launched a fierce attack on Aam Aadmi Party’s CM candidate Bhagwant Mann and called him an “illiterate” person.
He said, while addressing a rally in Bathinda, “Bhagwant Mann is an illiterate and drunken person, how can the command of Punjab be handed over in his hands.”
Mann is an alcoholic and illiterate person. He has passed 12th in three years. How can we give command of Punjab to such a person, “Channi said while campaigning for Manpreet Badal.
