Washington: US President Joe Biden has expressed concern about democracy and political violence in his country.
He said that the American democracy is under attack and blamed former President Donald Trump for this. He said that they all have to stand with a loud voice against it.
Addressing a press conference at the White House, President Joe Biden said that American democracy is under attack because the former US president lost the election in 2020, he is not ready to accept this. The defeated former US president has refused to accept the results of the 2020 election.
‘There is no place for political violence in America’
Joe Biden said, “We are facing a defending moment. We all need to come together as a country, as a nation and work together to raise our voice against political violence. There is no place for voter intimidation or political violence in America, whether it is Democrats or Republicans.”
