Washington: US President Joe Biden has nominated Indian-American lawyer Arun Subramanian as a judge for the Southern District of New York.
On Tuesday, the White House sent a letter to Parliament in this regard, saying that if parliament approves Subramanian’s name, he will be the first South Asian to become a judge of the Southern District Court of New York.
