Amritsar: Senior Akali leader Bikram Singh Majithia filed his nomination papers before sub district magistrate’s office here to contest poll from Amritsar East assembly seat for the upcoming Punjab Assembly elections.
“All the obstacles in your path are removed when Akal Purakh is by your side . With the grace of Guru Maharaj, filed nomination papers from Majitha and Amritsar East constituency today. Thank you all for your support and faith in me,” Majithia said on social media.
Majithia, who is facing an FIR by Punjab Police in a NDPC case, to face flamboyant Congress state president Navjot Singh Sidhu.
