Ottawa: In a precautionary move against Covid-19 virus, the government of Canada has extended all existing restrictions related to coronavirus till September 30 across the country.
According to the fresh orders, 14-day mandatory quarantine for everyone except full vaccinated passages while entering the country.
Those are not fully vaccinated will be tested on first day and eighth days after their arrival in Canada. Travellers also have to fill in their details, including vaccination status, on ArriveCAN within 72 hours before their arrival in Canada.
Meanwhile, the National Advisory Committee on Immunization issued an interim vaccination guidance, urging people those belonging to vulnerable groups including senior citizens (aged 65 or over) another booster dose this fall regardless how many doses they had previously.
