Ottawa: Government of Canada has decided to bring some changes in the Express Entry system to invite candidates to fulfill real-time labour requirements, officials said.
According to a new proposed bill, the government is planning to invite candidates under Express Entry based on criteria including specific academic credentials and industry based occupations.
According to the immigration minister Sean Fraser government is reviewing present express entry process along these lines in various discussions with stakeholders, or in public forums is underway to bring some changes in the system.
Presently, this system ranks candidates from a general pool after considering factors including age, education, job offer, work experience, language skills and those meet the cut-off in the Comprehensive Ranking Score are being invited as permanent residents by Canadian government.
