Continue bombing in Lisichansk by Russia, 6 people killed in 24 hours

Sloviansk: The city of Lisichansk, which is obstructing Russia’s complete occupation of the eastern Luhansk region, is under intense attack.

The local governor said the city was being bombarded from the ground and air. Luhansk Governor Serhi Haidai said that after the Russian army’s occupation of Civirodonetsk, all the emphasis was now focused on Lisichansk.

Russia is trying to encircle the city from the south. According to Haidai, the Russian army is destroying everything that is coming in the way. Military expert Oleh Zdanov said the Russian military may have to wait several months to take control of Lisichansk. Meanwhile, President Vladimir Zelenskiy’s office said six civilians had been killed and 31 others wounded in Russian bombings on various cities over the past 24 hours.
