New Delhi: There is news of relief for Delhiites. In Delhi, there will be no fine for not wearing a mask in public places. The decision has been taken in view of the continuous decline in covid-19 cases.

The Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) has abolished a fine of Rs 500 for not wearing a mask. According to the official documents released on the decisions taken in the DDMA meeting, the land of 3 Covid Care Centers will be returned to the parent institution. Which is Radha Soami Satsang, Chhatarpur, Sawan Kirpal, Burari and Sant Nirankari, Burari. Along with this, the services of contract workers in Covid hospitals will be extended till the end of the year.

It is worth mentioning that it was made mandatory to wear masks again in Delhi in August. The government had taken this decision in view of the increasing cases of corona in Delhi. The Delhi government had made masks mandatory in all public places. Not only this, there was also a provision to pay a fine of Rs 500 for not wearing a mask. Now there will be no penalty for not wearing a mask in public places.
