Chandigarh: The Sunaria jail administration is in a dilemma after the devotees claimed that Dera Sirsa chief Ram Rahim, who is serving a 20-year sentence in the Sadhvi rape case, was a ‘dummy of Ram Rahim’. Devotees claim that Ram Rahim, who came out on parole, is a ‘dummy’ and the real Ram Rahim has been kidnapped long ago or killed or his life is in danger.

Punjab and Haryana High hearing a petition in this regard today to “verify the authenticity” of Dera chief Ram Rahim, the HC asked the counsel for the Dera followers not to do filmi talk and admonished them that the courts are not meant for such petitions.

The devotees have filed a petition in the Punjab and Haryana High Court over these claims and described Ram Rahim as ‘duplicate’.

Dera chief Ram Rahim is currently delivering a discourse at his own camp in UP’s Baghpat after his parole from jail. It was in this camp that devotees suspected Ram Rahim after which he was claimed to be ‘dummy’.

Ambala resident Ashok and other devotees suspected Ram Rahim to be a ‘dummy’ and moved the high court. In an application filed in the court the devotees said the difference was clearly visible when they saw Ram Rahim.

They claimed the stature of the Dera chief also looks big and there is also a difference in the fingers of the hands and feet. The devotees claimed that the Dera chief did not come out on parole at all and the one who delivered the discourse in Baghpat is his ‘duplicate’.
