New Delhi: A doctor has beeb acquitted by the court in a sexually assaulting a male Covid-19 patient in 2020.
Court acquitted 33-year-old doctor after complainant submitted statement that he did not recognize the doctor as accused was wearing a PPE kit in the hospital.
Observing the case, Court ruled that the present evidences are not inspiring confidence that the accused has done such an act which is likely to spread the infection of coronavirus.
