Ontario: Drew Dilkenson on Friday said that would seek re-election as Windsor’s mayor this fall.
Announcing his run for the third time in front of a future site of the $5-billion electric vehicle battery plant on Twin Oaks Drive, Dilkens said that he would be contesting for upcoming municipal election for Windsor’s mayor post.
He said that people know what they are going to get with him. He will run against Chris Holt, the central Windsor city councillor and against Ernie Lamont and Benjamin Danyluk.
He also distributed a list of priorities including a new regional acute care hospital, making the city more affordable and others while announcing his run.
Addressing the media, he said that Windsor is going through a time of significant challenge and change and it needs a decisive leader like him to handle the situation.
