Chandigarh: Two days after return from the Delhi borders, after their triumph against the Union government on the three controversial farm laws, the Kisan Mazdoor Sangarash Committee (KMSC) announced to orgaise rail roko agitation from December 20.
KMSC general secretary Sarwan Singh Pandher said though, government has coerced to repeal the three laws but there are several other demands which are equally important and need to be addressed.
“To pressurise the government to accept our demand of 100% loan waiver of farmers and labourers, compensation and a job to the next of kin of those farmers who died during the farm struggle, balance payment of sugarcane dues and so on. Therefore, a begin rail roko protest will be started from December 20,” he said.
