Ottawa: Former Parti Québécois leader André Boisclair was sentenced to two years less a day in imprisonment after he pleaded guilty of sexually assaulting two young men, in their early 20s, in his Montreal apartment.
Boisclair, 56, pleaded guilty on June 20 and the incident took place in January 2014 and November 2015. In the both incidents, Boisclair met men online.
Meanwhile, the leader to undergo sentence in a provincial jail rather than a federal prison.
