Chandigarh: Goldy Brar, the notorious international gangster and mastermind of the Sidhu Moosewala murder case, has been taken into custody in California, sources in India’s intelligence agencies said.

India’s security agencies have received information that Goldy Brar was first detained in California on or around November 20 and has now been taken into custody. However, so far there has been no official statement from the Indian government from California on this matter.

Punjab Intelligence, the special cell of the Intelligence Department RAW, IB, Delhi Police, must have received such inputs about Goldy Brar, the mastermind of moosewala murder case, that there has been a big stir in California about Goldy Brar and his location has been traced.

Goldy Brar had made Sacramento, and Salt Lake, California, his safe home. Brar had been living in Fresno, California for a long time.

Goldy Brar, a truck driver by profession in Canada, was feeling very threatened in Canada.

One of the reasons behind this was that Moosewala has a large number of fans in Canada. At the same time, there are all the big gangsters of Bambiha gang and dozens of enemies of Lawrence Bishnoi Goldy Brar gang.

More than 16 cases registered against Goldy Brar

Satinderjit Singh alias Goldy Brar is believed to be close to gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. Last year, a court in Punjab’s Faridkot district had issued a non-bailable warrant against Goldy Brar in connection with the murder of Youth Congress leader Gurlal Singh Pehalwan.

Goldy Brar is wanted in more than 16 criminal cases. He had fled from India to Canada.
