Amritsar: Harjinder Singh Dhami has again become the president of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee. Advocate Dhami got 104 votes and Bibi Jagir Kaur got 42 votes. During the annual general session of the Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC), the voting process for the election of the president was completed at Teja Singh Samundari Hall and after that the results were announced.
After this, other office-bearers have also been elected. Avtar Singh Fatehgarh Sahib was elected junior vice-president. Apart from this, Gurcharan Singh Grewal has been made the general secretary. Baldev Singh has been elected senior vice-president.
