Health officials warn of post-COVID-19 conditions

New Delhi: Even people have recovered from Covid-19, the health authorities issued advisory to them to stay vigilant as they might suffer health problems for some time.

Health officials said that during some recent researches, it has come to fore that at least per cent people are having issues for three months including severe fatigue, headache, chest pain, dizziness, stress, hair loss, shortness of breath, depression, anxiety, shock, cardiac problems, shirt term memory loss, skin rashes and some others.

Doctors said that if such symptoms remain consistent for a long period after a person tests Negative from the virus, they should immediately seek professional help should be sought.

Studies indicates that children and elderly people with comorbidities may also develop some serious health problems including experience blackouts, wheezing, chest pain, swelling in one leg and others and they should exercise regularly including shirt walking for 10 minutes and cycling etc to recover from these problems.
