In home remedies it comes in handy a lot. To remove the sore throat, take a piece of ginger and grate it and put it in 1 glass of water and boil it. After boiling for about 5 minutes, filter the water and then consume it. Take it 2 times a day.

 

Honey- Honey can be of great help in relieving a sore throat. For this you don’t have to do anything, just wake up in the morning and eat 1 teaspoon of honey. If you can’t eat honey, you can drink 1 teaspoon of honey mixed with 1 glass of warm water. But keep in mind that honey should be natural, there should be no adulteration in it.

 

Vinegar – Apple cider vinegar can not only help with a sore throat but also in weight loss. Many benefits have been explained by the expert. For relief in the throat, mix 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar in 1 glass of hot water and consume it.

 

Clove- Cloves contain anti-inflammatory compounds. To remove sore throat or irritation, one can either chew raw cloves or drink clove water. To prepare clove water, take 1 glass of water and add 2-3 cloves to it and boil for 5 minutes. Then take it when it’s cold.
