New Delhi: The country on Tuesday recorded 6,358 new coronavirus cases.
According to the health ministry, India has now a caseload of 75,456 active cases while Omicron cases have risen to 653.
Delhi reported 331 new Covid cases, one death, and 144 recoveries in the last 24 hours, with its active caseload standing at 1,289.
Maharashtra has recorded 141 cases, Kerala (57), Gujarat (49) and 43 (Rajasthan), the health ministry said in a bulletin.
