Jalandhar: In a broad light incident, an international Kabaddi player Sandeep Nangal Ambian was shot dead during an ongoing match in Mallian here on Monday.
Sandeep hailed from Ambiyan village and killed by unidentified miscreants at a Kabaddi Cup in Malian village, Jalandhar at around 6 PM.
According to the police, around 20 rounds have been fired on his head and chest.
Further investigation is underway.
