Uttar Pradesh: Local police have booked son of Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra and several other persons in connection with the Lakhimpur violence that left eight people dead.
Two FIRs have been registered but police sources said that BJP leader’s son booked under murder charges.
Additional Chief Secretary, Home, Awanish Kumar Awasthi said that a case has been registered against several persons including Ashish Mishra and further investigations is underway.
